Private Use

Private Adaptive and Acadiem Integration is a private internal tool operated for Adaptive Software Solutions Inc. and Asylum Software Inc. / The Acadiem Group. It is not offered as a public application, marketplace product, or service for third parties.

Authorized Users

Use is limited to authorized administrators who manage the connected QuickBooks Online companies and related internal systems. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Purpose

The integration may be used to read, import, update, or reconcile selected accounting data, including customers, vendors, accounts, and transactions, between QuickBooks Online and authorized internal data sources.

No Public Service

This integration is provided only for internal administrative use. It does not provide public signup, public support, paid subscriptions, or customer access.

Third-Party Services

The integration may connect with QuickBooks Online and internal source systems such as Stripe, NetSuite, or curated CSV imports. Use of those services remains subject to their applicable terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the internal integration changes. Continued use by authorized administrators means the current terms apply.
