Privacy policy for the private QuickBooks Online integration.
Last updated: June 17, 2026
Scope
This policy applies to Private Adaptive and Acadiem Integration, a private internal integration used by authorized administrators for Adaptive Software Solutions Inc. and Asylum Software Inc. / The Acadiem Group.
Data Accessed
The integration may access QuickBooks Online accounting data authorized by the connected company administrator. This can include company profile data, customers, vendors, accounts, transactions, and related accounting metadata.
The integration may also process selected internal source data from systems such as Stripe, NetSuite, and curated CSV files when used for approved administrative workflows.
Use of Data
Data is used only to support internal accounting workflows, data migration, reconciliation, audit review, and duplicate detection for the connected companies.
Sharing
The integration is not used to sell personal information or provide data to third-party advertisers. Data is shared only as needed to operate authorized internal workflows or comply with legal obligations.
Token Handling
OAuth tokens are used to access authorized QuickBooks Online companies. The public pages on this site do not store OAuth tokens. Token storage for the internal command line tool is managed separately by the authorized operator.
Access Control
Access is restricted to authorized administrators. If access is no longer needed, authorization can be revoked in QuickBooks Online or through the internal disconnect workflow when available.
